Chinese Recipe - Tripple Pepper Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1.3 lbs (600g) medium shrimps (raw, in shells)
- 0.4 lb (200g) bean sprouts
- 1 stalk of green onion (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/3 tsp wild pepper powder
- 1 tsp hot bean-sauce
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions:
- Fry bean sprouts at high heat with oil and salt; drain, spread out on plate.
- Wash shrimps and de-vein, cook in boiling water for approximately 4 minutes, drain and remove shells, set them on top of bean sprouts.
- Blend all other ingredients and pour onto shrimps. Serve cool.
