Chinese Recipe - Sweet and Sour Crab

Ingredients:
- 450 gm coral crab (3x)
- 1 green chilli, chopped
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts and clean well. Chop into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws, for later use.
- Deep fry capsicum, chilli, onion wedges and crab pieces until half-cooked. Dish and drain, for later use.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp oil, stir fry chopped garlic till fragrant. Return pre-fried capsicum, onion, chilli. Lastly pour in seasoning, stir well till cooked. Dish up.
