Chinese Recipe - Stir Fried Clams with Beansprouts

Ingredients:
- 200 gm round clam
- 100 gm bean sprout
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- ¼ green capsicum, shredded
- 2 soaked mushroom, shredded
- 1 red chilli, shredded
Seasoning:
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- Pinch of pepper
- Dash of sesame oil
Thickening:
Directions:
- Soak clam into salty boiled water, bring to cook until shells opens up. Dish up and remove meat for later use.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic, ginger, all capsicum, mushroom and chilli shreds till fragrant.
- Add in clam meat, bean sprout together with seasoning, stir fry and pour in thickening. Dish up.
