Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe - Stewed Shark's Fins in Earthen Pot

Ingredients:
- 1.28 kg shark’s fins raised in water
- 2 whole scallions
Seasonings:
- 1 slice ginger
- 40g yellow wine
- 1.92kg cream soup
- Adequate amount each of refined salt and MSG
Directions:
- Put the shark’s fin in a large bowl, add water, scallions and ginger slice and steam them in the steamer for 2 hours to remove mucus and stinking smell and further raise them.
- After steaming them, pour water away, take the shark’s fins out and rinse them for a while in boiled water; put them in an earthen pot, add cream soup, wine, salt and MSG and stew them over medium heat until the fins are soft enough and the sauce is thick for serving.
Shark finning is threatening the existence of sharks! Hundred of millions of sharks are killed annually for their fins alone. STOP eating shark's fin if you want the killing to stop.
