Chinese Recipe - Shrimp-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- ½ lb shrimp, shelled
- ¼ dried mushrooms
- 1 unbeaten egg white
- 1 tsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp wine
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Remove black veins from shrimps and chop fine.
- Soak mushrooms in lukewarm water for 20 to 30 minutes and remove stems.
- Mix chopped shrimp with egg white, cornstarch and seasonings.
- Stuff mushrooms with mixture and steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold with soy sauce.
