Chinese Recipe - Jellyfish with Chicken and Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded jellyfish
- 1 cup shredded boiled chicken
- 4 cups shredded cucumber
Sauce:
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp MSG
Directions:
- Wash jellyfish in salt water, place in lukewarm water, and soak overnight. Rinse, drain and shred. (Jellyfish should not be placed in hot water).
- Boil chicken until tender, allow to cool, and shred.
- Wash cucumbers in salt water and shred.
- Arrange shredded ingredients on plate.
- Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and pour sauce over shredded ingredients before serving.
Note: Jellyfish may be soaked in water for weeks. Change water every day and use jellyfish as needed.
