Chinese Recipe - Fried Shrimps In Batter

These Fried Shrimps in Batter are simply awesome ! Bite into a piece of this crispy golden brown batter-coated shrimp appetizer with your party cocktails dipped in your favorite savory sauces ! Please do come up with suggestions for these Fried Shrimp if you have any !
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimps
- 2 egg whites
- 4 tablespoons flour
- Enough oil for deep frying
Directions:
- Shell the shrimps but leave the tails.
- Devein and split the shrimps, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Make a batter of the egg whites and flour.
- Heat the oil in a deep fryer with a wire basket.
- When it boils, dip the shrimps in the batter and drop one by one into the oil.
- When they brown and float to the top they are ready, serve very hot.
- May be served as an appetizer with cocktails.
