Chinese Recipe : Crabmeat with Beancurd in Claypot
|

Ingredients:
- 150 gm crab meat
- 2 beancurds
- 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 30 gm carrot, sliced
- 4 snow peas
- 10 gm ginger, sliced
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- 1 sprig spring onion, shredded
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- ¼ tsp salt
- Dash of sesame oil
- ¼ cup water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Cut beancurd into 2 pieces, deep fry until golden brown. Dish and drain.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic, ginger, mushroom and carrot till fragrant. Add in beancurd, crabmeat and seasoning, bring to cook for 10 minutes.
- Pour in thickening and follow by egg, mix well over low heat.
- Add all ingredients in a claypot, sprinkle Shaoxing wine, coriander leaves and spring onion on top.
