Chinese Recipe - Braised Seafood and Beancurd in Oyster Sauce

Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces soft beancurd (tofu)
- 120 g shrimp (shelled)
- 100 g fish fillet (diced)
- 1/2 onion (diced)
- 1 stalk spring onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons XO Sauce
Marinade:
- 1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
Sauce Mix:
- 1/2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 5 Tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
- Marinate shrimp and fish for 15 minutes.
- Cut the beancurd into 2 cm cubes, sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes. Cook in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain and keep warm.
- Heat 2 Tablespoons oil, sauté minced garlic and onion till fragrant. Add shrimp, fish and XO sauce, stir fry over high heat until done.
- Pour in sauce mix until boil, pour over beancurd and sprinkle with spring onion.
