Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe - Baked Spotted Sea Crabs with Portugal Sauce

Ingredients:
- 6 spotted sea crabs
- 60g green bean threads
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup evaporated milk
Seasonings:
- 1 ½ tsp curry powder
- 30g butter
A:
- ½ tsp salt
- A dash each of sesame oil and pepper powder
- 1 tbsp starch
B:
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp sugar
C:
- 2 tsp cheese powder
- 2 tbsp water
Directions:
- Cut green bean threads into serving lengths, soak them until soft, drain and place them in a backing bowl for use.
- Wash the spotted sea crabs clean, prepare them well with the shells on, put them in a large bowl, add A to mix well and marinate for a while, scald them in boiling oil until golden yellow, take them out, remove oil and place them in the baking bowl with green bean threads.
- Heating 1 tbsp of oil in a clean pot, stir curry powder in, add B to bring to boil, stir in the mixed C, add coconut milk and evaporated milk, boil them until a little scalding, pour the mixture over the crabs of (2) and put thin butter slices on top.
- Put the baking powder bowl of (3) in a baking pan filled with water, push the pan into a preheated oven, bake the crabs in high heat for 20 minutes until the surfaces turn brown and serve.
