Chinese Recipe : Fried Shredded Beef and Potatoes
Ingredients:
½ lb beef, shredded
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
½ lb potatoes, shredded
½ stalk leek, shredded
6 tbsp oil
Seasonings:
2 tbsp soy sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp MSG
Directions:
Boil shredded potatoes until barely tender; then drain.
Dredge shredded beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch.
Heat 6 tbsp oil and fry beef and leek. When beef changes color, add potatoes and stir well.
Add seasonings, stir well, and serve hot.
