Chinese Recipe : Fried Beef with Celery
Ingredients:
½ lb beef, shredded
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
1 lb celery, shredded
6 tbsp oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
¼ tsp MSG
Directions:
Shred beef and dredge with 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch.
Remove leaves and tough parts of celery, shred and boil for a few minutes. Remove from fire and drain.
Heat 6 tbsp oil and fry beef. When color changes, add celery, soy sauce, and MSG. Serve hot.
