Put peanut oil into very hot skillet; add a drop of sesame oil. Add salt, garlic, and then black mushroom. Stir fry for 5 mins.
Add ¼ cup water. Cover and cook for 5mins.
Add prepared mixture. Stir – fry thoroughly.
When boiling, lower heat, let simmer until gravy becomes translucent.
Serve hot with boiled rice or potatoes.
