Ingredients:
1 lb spinach
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Wash spinach and drain. Cut into 2 or 3 sections.
Heat oil and fry spinach, adding salt. Stir over strong flame for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
