Famous Authentic Chinese Recipe - Braised Vegetable Assortment of Four
Ingredients:
80g bamboo shoot tips
40g straw mushrooms raised in water
40g fresh white mushrooms
Adequate amount of green broccoli
20g dried new bamboo shoots
40g lean ham
Seasonings:
Adequate amount each of oyster sauce and chicken fat, a dash each of MSG, starch, salt and sugar
320g chicken soup
Directions:
Deep fry bamboo shoot tips, straw mushrooms, white mushrooms and new bamboo shoots in warm oil over mild heat for a while, add a dash each of chicken soup, chicken fat, oyster sauce, MSG and sugar, stew them for 5 minutes until cooked and place them separately in the centre of a plate in the shape of the petals of a flower.
Just before eating, steam the (1) for 10 minutes, fry green broccoli with oil and salt and garnish the plate around with it.
Add starch and chicken fat to the soup lift after stewing the vegetables to make serving sauce and pour it over the (2) for serving.
