Chinese Recipe - Ox Marrow with Lemon Soup

This soup improves appetite annd reduce inflammation.
Ingredients:
- 1 lemon
- 10 oz fresh ox marrow
- 10 oz lean pork
- 1 stalk scallion
- 2 slices ginger
Seasoning:
Directions:
- Halve lemon. Cut one half into large pieces and thinly slice the other half.
- Wash and blanch lean pork in boiling water for a while. Rinse.
- Rinse ox marrow. Blanch in boiling water together with ginger and scallion for a while, dish up. Rinse and section.
- Boil suitable amount of water. Put in lemon pieces and lean pork. Boil for 1 hour. Remove lemon. Add ox marrow. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir in seasoning. Garnish with lemon slices. Ready to serve.
