Chinese Recipe - Chicken and Spinach Soup

Ingredients:
- ½ lbs chicken
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 slices ginger
- ½ lb spinach
- 1 oz vermicelli
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp wine
- ¼ tsp MSG
Directions:
- Boil chicken with onion and ginger in ample water for 1 hour or until tender. Remove chicken to a plate and save broth for soup.
- Wash spinach and cut into sections.
- Soak vermicelli in hot water and cut into sections.
- Bring soup to boil, add spinach, vermicelli, and seasonings. Cook until spinach is tender.
- Shred chicken and add to soup. Serve hot.
