Chinese Recipe : Double-boiled Fish Maw and Dried Scallop Soup

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken, small
- 150g pre-soaked fish maw, cut into pieces
- 3 dried scallops
- 2 pieces of bei qi, cut into small pieces
- 1 tbsp Chinese wolfberries
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 tsp rice wine
- 1/s tsp salt
Directions:
- Blanch chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up and rinse well.
- Put all ingredients into a double-boiler and double boil at high heat for 3 hours.
- Add in rice wine and salt. Serve hot.
