Chinese Recipe : Chinese Egg Foo Yung
Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten
1 c. drained bean sprouts
Soy sauce to taste
1/2 c. cooked chopped chicken or ham
3 chopped green onions (top & bottom)
Oil enough to grease pan
Gravy Mix:
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 can of water
Soy sauce to taste
Sm. amount of cooked, chopped chicken or other meat
Directions:
Beat eggs - Add bean sprouts, sauce, onions and meat.
Heat frying pan with oil enough to grease pan - drop mixture by spoon, like pancakes, fry until light brown on both sides.
Remove, place on heated plate, keep warm. (Makes approximately 12.)
Heat "gravy mix" until completely heated. Place 3 pancakes on plate, cover with gravy, add soy sauce to taste.
