How to make Mushroom Stock
|
|
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ oz Chinese mushrooms, washed and soaked for ½ hour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Remove the mushroom stalk. Rinse well under running water. Discard water.
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients with 1 quart of water. Bring to the boil, lower the flame to simmer for ½ hour. Strain and retain the stock. Mushrooms may be used for a dish.
