Chinese Recipe - Stir Fried Squids and Cuttlefish

Ingredients:
- 200 gm squids, 4x
- 200 gm pre-soaked cuttlefish, 1x
- 50 gm Chinese celery, sliced
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- 1 red chilli, shredded
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cornflour
Directions:
- Remove membrane, vein, eyes and mouth of squid then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surfaces and dice into 2”. Do same steps for cuttlefish.
- Scald into boiling water until curled up. Dish and drain.
- Heat wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic till fragrant, then add in squids, cuttlefish, celery and seasoning. Shallow fry a while, dish up.
