Chinese Recipe - Stir Fry Prawn with Ginger and Onion

Ingredients:
- 400 gm prawn, 8x
- 15 gm ginger, sliced
- 3 stalk spring onion, sectioned
- ½ onion, wedged
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Remove legs, devein, clean and pat dry prawns. Blanch prawns in hot oil. Cut onion wedges and chop spring onion, for later use.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry ginger slices, onion, chopped garlic and oyster sauce, add in prawns and water to mix well.
- Pour in light soya sauce, stir fry until aromatic.
- Sprinkle chopped spring onion on top. Stir in thickening to mix well. Serve.
