Chinese Recipe - Stir-fried Cuttlefish in Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
- 200gm pre-soaked cuttlefish, 1x
- 50 gm bamboo shoots, sliced
- 20 gm carrot, sliced
- 30 gm soaked mushroom, sliced
- 15 gm fresh ginger, sliced
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Dash of sesame oil
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Remove membrane and softbone of cuttlefish then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surface and dice into 2”. Scald till cooked.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger, then add in cuttlefish, bamboo shoots, carrot, mushrooms and seasoning. Stir fry until cooked and pour in thickening. Dish up.
