Chinese Recipe - Stir Fried Squid with Snow Peas

Ingredients:
- 200 gm squid, 2x
- 100 gm snow peas
- 15 gm ginger, sliced
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Remove membrane, vein, eyes and mouth of squid then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surface and dice into 2”. Scald into boiling water until curled up. Dish and drain.
- Rinse snow peas, discard tails, blanch in hot oil, dish and drain.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant, add in squids, snow peas and seasoning. Bring to cook and pour in thickening to mix well.
