Chinese Recipe - Steamed Stuffed Sea Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 3 soaked sea cucumber
- 100 gm prawn meat paste
- 100 gm meat paste
- Some diced spring onion
- 80 gm broccoli, cubed
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Marinades:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of pepper
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Little sesame oil
- 2 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Combine prawn paste and meat paste with spring onion and marinades as the filling for later use.
- Heat up a wok of water by adding 2 tbsp oil, blanch broccoli, drain and arrange on a plate.
- Clean and drain sea cucumber. Stuff filling into sea cucumber and steam for 15 minutes over high heat. Dish up and arrange on a plate.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil, sauté chopped garlic till fragrant. Bring seasoning to cook and pour in thickening.
- Pour over stuffed sea cucumber and serve.
