Chinese Recipe - Steamed Herbal Prawn

Ingredients:
- 550 gm fresh water prawns, about 6 pieces
- 15 gm wolfberry seeds (Qi-Zi)
- 4 slices of Chuan-Gong
- 1 slice Dang-Gui
Seasoning:
- ¼ cup Shaoxing wine
- ½ tsp salt
Directions:
- Remove legs and prawn, devein, clean and pat dry. Arrange in deep dish.
- Season prawn with seasoning, add in the herbs on top and steam for 8 minutes over high heat. Serve.
