Chinese Recipe - Sea Cucumber with Leeks

Ingredients:
- 2 soaked sea cucumber
- 80 gm roasted meat, sliced
- 100 gm leeks
- 10 gm ginger, sliced
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp brown bean paste
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Little sesame oil
- ¼ cup water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Clean sea cucumber and drain well. Cut into 8 pieces. Cut leeks into 2” lengthwise, for later use.
- Heat up wok with 1 tbsp oil, sauté chopped garlic and ginger slices till aromatic, add in sea cucumber, meat, leeks and seasoning as well.
- Bring to cook and pour in thickening. Mix well.
