Chinese Recipe - Claypot Sea Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 2 soaked seas cucumber
- 80 gm crab meat
- 80 gm prawn, 3x
- 3 soaked mushroom, sliced
- 15 gm carrot, sliced
- 10 gm ginger, sliced
- 4 sweet bean
- 1 sprig spring onion, shredded
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Dash of sesame oil
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- ¼ cup water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Clean sea cucumber, drain and cut into 8 pieces. Remove shell of prawn, make a slit at the back and devein, clean and drain.
- Heat up 1 tbsp oil, sauté chopped garlic, ginger, mushroom and carrot till fragrant. Add in sea cucumber, prawn, crab meat and seasoning, bring to cook for 10 minutes. Pour in thickening to mix.
- Transfer all ingredients into a claypot, sprinkle spring onion on top.
