Chinese Recipe - Pepper and Shrimp in a Pot

Ingredients:
- 500g raw medium shrimp
- 1 Tbsp diced green onion
- 1 Tbsp diced ginger
- 1 Tbsp crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp diced chili pepper
- 2 slices of butter.
Seasoning:
- 3 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp ground pepper
- dash of salt.
Directions:
- Cut head and legs from shrimp, blot dry.
- Heat clay pot or casserole at med-hi, melt butter, stir-fry green onion, ginger, garlic, and chili pepper.
- Add wine and shrimp, stir-fry for a while, then cover for a few minutes. Add salt and ground pepper.
