Chinese Recipe - Mussels and Crabmeat Rolls

Ingredients:
- 1 sheet of fresh or soaked tofu sheet
- 12 mussels
- 6 sticks of imitation crabmeat
- 2 stalks of green onion
- dash of pepper
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
Dipping sauce ingredients:
- 1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp water
Directions:
- Cut tofu sheet into stripes of 3cm x 20 cm.
- Thaw and wipe dry mussels and imitation crabmeat.
- Cut crabmeat and green onion to 3 cm long.
- Coat mussels with pepper, soy sauce, and corn starch.
- Put crabmeat, green onion, and mussels onto tofu sheet stripes, roll, and fasten with tooth-picks.
- Deep-fry for 3 minutes, drain oil, remove excess oil with paper towel.
- Boil the dipping sauce for dipping.
