Chinese Recipe : Crab in Honey
|

Ingredients:
- 450 gm green crab, 2x
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 30 gm ginger, shredded
- 1 tbsp cornflour
Seasoning:
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp seafood paste
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- ¼ cup water
Directions:
- Remove shell of crab, scrape inner parts, clean well. Cut into 8 pieces. Pat crab claws, mix with cornflour.
- Heat up oil, deep fry crab until shells turn red. Dish and drain.
- Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant. Return crab and follow by seasoning, stir well until gravy is thick.
