Chinese Recipe - Flavored Cuttlefish Shreds

Ingredients:
- 200 gm pre-soaked cuttlefish, 1x
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 tsp soaked dried shrimps, minced
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Marinades:
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- Dash of sesame oil
- 2 tsp cornflour
- Pinch of pepper
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp light soya sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Dash of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp water
Directions:
- Remove membrane and softbone of cuttlefish then cut body in 1” lengthwise. Marinate with marinades for 10 minutes.
- Deep fry shreds till golden brown, dish and drain.
- heat up wok with 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped shallots, dried shrimps and garlic. Then add in cuttlefish and seasoning. Cook until gravy is thick. Dish up.
