Chinese Recipe - Deep-fried Prawn in Garlic and Spicy Sauce

Ingredients:
- 450 gm prawn, 9x
- 1 sprig spring onion, shredded
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp garlic and spicy sauce
Directions:
- Remove head and shell, devein, clean and pat prawns dry. Add in salt and cornflour to season prawn for 10 minutes. Chop spring onion for later use.
- Use hot oil to deep-frying until half-cooked, drain well and set aside.
- Heat up 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry garlic and spicy sauce till aromatic.
- Return prawns and bring to cook.
- Garnish with spring onion and serve.
