Chinese Recipe - Deep-fried Crispy Sea Cucumber

Ingredients:
- 2 soaked sea cucumber
- 2 sprigs spring onion
Marinades
- ¼ tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1 egg
Crispy batter
- ½ cup frying powder
- 1 tsp custard powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- 100 ml ice water
Directions:
- Rinse sea cucumber and marinate for 15 minutes. Stuff in one spring onion for later use.
- Dip sea cucumber in crispy batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Remove and drain well. Slice and serve.
