Chinese Recipe - Braised Sea Cucumber with Chinese Mushrooms (Microwave)

Serves 4 to 6
Ingredients:
A:
- 400 g sea cucumber, pre-soaked, sliced
- 10 pcs Chinese mushroom, presoaked, sliced
B:
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 pips garlic, sliced thinly
- 2 cm ginger, sliced thinly
- 3 tbsps oyster mushroom sauce
- ¼ tbsp dark mushroom sauce
- 1 cup water
C:
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsps water
- Sugar and pepper to taste
- 200 g broccoli, cut into florets, blanched
Directions:
- Fragrant B in a microwave safe dish on power High for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Stir in C and cook on power high for 20 seconds. Add in A and cook on power High for 1 minute.
- Add water, cover and cook on power High for 10-12 minutes until sea cucumber is tender.
- Arrange blanched broccoli on a serving dish, pour sea cucumber over it and serve immediately.
