Chinese Recipe - Braised Fish Maw with Vegetables

Ingredients:
- 80 gm soaked dried fish maws, cubed
- 100 gm broccoli, cut florets
- 50 gm abalone, sliced
- 20 gm carrot, sliced
- 5 button mushroom
- 2 baby corn
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- Dash of sesame oil
- 3 tbsp water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Heat up a wok with water, add in 2 tbsp oil, blanch broccoli, abalone, carrot, button mushroom and baby corn for a while, dish and drain for later use.
- Heat up 2 tbsp oil again , sauté chopped garlic, then add in fish maw, broccoli, abalone, carrot, button mushroom, baby corn together with seasoning, stir fry till cooked.
- Pour in thickening and serve.
