Chinese Recipe : Hunan Chicken
Ingredients:
1 1/2 chicken breasts, cut into pieces
egg white
1 tbsp. flour
2 scallions, chopped
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. Sherry
1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Combine chicken breasts, egg white, and flour. Stir fry until done.
Add scallions and ginger, and continue to stir fry. Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, Sherry and cornstarch. Add to chicken mixture.
Cook until thickened, and warmed through. Serve with rice.
