Chinese Recipe : Fried Pork with Spring Onions
Ingredients:
½ lbs pork, shredded
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp wine
1 lb spring onions
5 tbsp oil
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Mix pork with 2 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp wine.
Wash onions and cut into 2 inch lengths.
Heat 5 tbsp oil and sauté pork.
When pork changes color, add onions and salt. Mix well and remove from heat before onions begins to give off juice. Serve hot.
