Chinese Recipe - Vegetarian Stir-Fried Beef with Green Pepper

Ingredients:
- 300g gluten roll
- 2 pcs green pepper
- 100g cornstarch
- 1 pc chili pepper
- 10g coarse black pepper
Seasonings:
- A: a little soy paste and sesame oil
- B: 1/5 tbsp oil, 1/5 tbsp soy paste, a little salt and sugar
Directions:
- Cut gluten rolls into thin slices and then shred. Mix with seasoning A and set aside for twenty minutes.
- Rinse, seed and shred green pepper.
- Dip shredded gluten roll in cornstarch and then deep-fry in hot oil.
- Shred chili pepper and blanch in hot oil with green pepper together.
- Stir-fry gluten roll and, green pepper and cornstarch in one ladle of water with seasoning B. Remove to serving plate when done.
- Sprinkle shredded green pepper over step 5, top with black pepper and chili pepper.
