Chinese Recipe : Sweet and Sour Mustard Greens

Ingredients:
- ½ lb mustard greens
- ½ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp cornstarch, mixed with 5 tbsp water
Directions:
- Cut mustard greens into sections.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil and fry mustard greens, adding ½ tsp salt.
- When mustard greens become tender, add sugar, soy sauce and vinegar.
- Pour in cornstarch mixture, stir quickly, and serve hot.
