Chinese Recipe - Stir-Fried Kale with Abalone

Ingredients:
- 70 gm baby abalone, canned
- 200 gm kale
- 10 gm ginger
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
Seasoning:
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing wine
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- Dash of sesame oil
- ¼ cup water
Thickening:
Directions:
- Drain well abalone from can, rinse kale and cut into 2” long.
- Heat wok with water and stir in 2 tsp of oil, blanch kale and dish up.
- Heat wok with 1 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger slices till fragrant. Add in abalone and seasoning, stir well and pour in thickening. Pour over kale and serve.
