Chinese Recipe - Stir-Fried Chinese Kale

Ingredients:
- 300g Chinese kale
- 200g enoki mushroom
- 10g shredded carrot
Seasonings:
- 1/5 tbsp oil
- A pinch of salt
- 10g BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Trim and rinse Chinese kale. Cut into sections.
- Discard the roots of enoki mushroom. Separate the bunch and then rinse.
- Stir-fry Chinese kale and enoki mushroom in one ladle of water with seasonings together.
