Chinese Recipe - Stir Fry Black Mushrooms

Serves 2 or 3
Ingredients:
- 1 and a half tbsp peanut oil with a few drops of sesame oul
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 ounces dried black mushroom. Soak in warm water for
- about 15 minutes.
- ½ cup water
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
- 1 teaspoon rice wine
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Directions:
- Mix water, soy sauce, sugar, seasoning powder, rice wine and cornstarch together. Stir well.
- Put peanut oil into very hot skillet; add a drop of sesame oil. Add salt, garlic, and then black mushroom. Stir fry for 5 mins.
- Add ¼ cup water. Cover and cook for 5mins.
- Add prepared mixture. Stir – fry thoroughly.
- When boiling, lower heat, let simmer until gravy becomes translucent.
- Serve hot with boiled rice or potatoes.
