Chinese Recipe : Double-boiled Fish Maw and Dried Scallop Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken, small
  • 150g pre-soaked fish maw, cut into pieces
  • 3 dried scallops
  • 2 pieces of bei qi, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tbsp Chinese wolfberries
  • 1 liter boiling water
  • 1 tsp rice wine
  • 1/s tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Blanch chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up and rinse well.
  2. Put all ingredients into a double-boiler and double boil at high heat for 3 hours.
  3. Add in rice wine and salt. Serve hot.
