Chinese Recipe : Chicken Ginseng Soup
Ingredients:
1 fresh ginseng
1 free-range chicken
5 black dates
1 liter boiling water
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Cook chicken in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish and rinse.
Put all ingredients into a double-boiler, double-boil at high heat for 3 hours.
Add salt to taste. Serve hot.
