Chinese Recipe : Chicken Feet Soup with Snow Fungus
Ingredients:
300g lean meat
10 pieces chicken feet
30g snow fungus, soaked
1 carrot, cut into chunks
1 corn, cut into chunks
2 liter water
Salt to taste
Directions:
Blanch lean meat and chicken feet in boiling water for 5 minutes. Dish up and clean. Drain well.
Put all ingredients in a stock pot and bring to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for another 1 ½ hours. Add salt to taste.
