Chinese Recipe - Stewed Dried Oyster with Black Moss

Ingredients:
- 80 gm dried oyster
- 2 gm black moss
- 150 gm roasted meat
- ½ tsp chopped garlic
- 1 sprig spring onion, sectioned
- 20 gm carrot, sliced
- 10 gm ginger, sliced
Seasoning:
- 2 tsp Shaoxing wine
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 cup dried oyster sauce
- Dash of sesame oil
Thickening:
Directions:
- Slice meat into slices (2” lengthwise), soak black moss, clean and ready to use.
- Clean dried oyster, soak in clean water for a while. Keep the water.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry chopped garlic and ginger till aromatic.
- Add in dried oyster, black moss, meat, carrot and seasoning, braise for 20 minutes then pour in thickening, sprinkle spring onion on top.
