Chinese Recipe - Fried Shark's Fin with Egg

Ingredients:
A:
- 115 g well prepared shark's fin
- 115 g crab meat
- 60 g roasted lean pork
- 40 g canned bamboo shoots
- 3 stalks spring onions
B:
- 3 tbsp water/stock
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp sesame oil
C:
- 7 Eggs
- 1 ½ tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Cut roasted pork, bamboo shoots and spring onions into thin slices. Squeeze extra water out from the bamboo shoots, leave aside.
- Mix (B) ingredients together, leave aside. Put (C) ingredients in a bowl and beat lightly, add in (A) mix well.
- Put in 2 tbsp of oil in the wok, place over medium heat. Pour in (A) and (C) mixture, stir fry continuously until cook. While stir frying add a little oil once a while (total oil used is about 4 tbsp)
- Add in (B), mix well and serve hot.
