Chinese Salad Recipe : Squid Pineapple Salad

Ingredients:
- 350 gm squids
- 1 can pineapple, sliced
Salad Sauce:
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp condensed milk
- ½ tbsp caster sugar
Directions:
- Remove membrane, vein, eyes and mouth of squid then pat dry. Slash crisscross pattern on surface and dice into 2”.
- Scald into boiling water until flower shape is formed. Dish and drain.
- Mix well diced squids and pineapple with salad sauce.
