Chinese Recipe : Sweet Chicken Wings with Oyster Sauce

This is a Southern Chinese recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken wings
3 tbsps oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 ¼ cups chicken stock
Pinch of salt
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsps finely chopped ginger root
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp coarse salt

Directions:

1. Put the chicken wings into a pan with just enough cold water to cover. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain and discard the water.

2. Put the chicken wings back into the pan and add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, stock, salt and sugar, Bring slowly to the boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Sprinkle the ginger, pepper and coarse salt over the chicken and serve hot.

1 TB CHOPPED GARLIC IN (JAR FINE)
1 TB HONEY
FRY CHICKEN WINGS AND IN MEDIUM SMALL PAN . COOK ON LOW HEAT COOK OTHER INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. AFTER A QUIK BOIL. TAKE OFF HEAT . WHEN CHICKEN DONE POUR MIXED OYSTER SAUCE OVER WINGS. EAT AS IS OR BAKE SAUCE ON FOR 20-30 MIN ON 350
